Quality Assurance
The products of Shree Gujarat Plyboard Industries are known for their resistance to cracking, breaking, shrinkage, twisting and warping. The veneer density of our products is uniform in terms of thickness. The veneers used in the core and panel have no overlaps, splits or gaps. We incorporate preservative in the glue line rendering protection from termites and borers from inside of the product. The finished product is also passed through a specially designed preservative spreader where it is chemically treated to ensure protection from outside. The product is pre-pressed to give a homogeneous spread of moisture making the product warp free. 25% of our products are procured from reliable vendors in USA, China, Netherlands and Italy and thus, we ensure the premium quality of our products. Owing to all these stringent quality control measures, our products have been accredited with ISO 9001:2000 certificate. We abide by our delivery schedules and ship all our products within the stipulated time frame.
